Nts.Live serves content as HLS streaming segments. Instag stitches the segments back into a single MP4 on the server side, so you get one clean file instead of a folder of .ts chunks.

Nts.Live hosts live streams and VODs. Instag downloads the archived VOD; live in-progress streams aren't downloadable until the broadcaster finalises the recording.
