Instag does not store Imgpile photos URLs or the files themselves. Each photos download streams through and is discarded — no album history, no per-user gallery.

Confirm the Imgpile post is still public. The most common photos failure is a hot-link-protected CDN URL — paste the post URL instead of the image URL itself and Instag will fetch with the right Referer header.
