Saving Pixiv content for personal use is generally fine; redistributing copyrighted material without permission is not. Instag does not own or license Pixiv content — you are responsible for how you use what you download.

Instag does not retain Pixiv URLs you submit, the files produced, or any account info. Downloads stream through and are discarded; there is no per-user history page because there is no history.
