Instag has no license to distribute copyrighted music. Saving for personal offline listening is generally tolerated; reselling or republishing without permission is not. You're responsible for use.

Where the source provides title, artist, and album tags, Instag writes them into the MP3's ID3v2 header. Otherwise the tags are blank and you can fill them in your audio player.

No. Extracted MP3s are streamed through and discarded — there is no per-user library and no log of what you saved.

Retry once — extraction occasionally fails on streams that use exotic audio codecs. If it still fails, the source video likely uses a codec we don't support (rare).
